SoulCycle Inc. Announces Filing of Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering
July 30, 2015 2:42 PM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SoulCycle Inc. today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
The offering is being made through an underwriting group led by Goldman, Sachs & Co., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated, and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. Acting as co-managers are William Blair & Company, L.L.C., Cowen and Company, LLC, and RBC Capital Markets, LLC.
