Equinix Declares Quarterly Dividend on Common Stock

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., July 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Equinix, Inc. (Nasdaq: EQIX), a global interconnection and data center company, today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.69 per share on common stock. The quarterly common stock dividend will be paid on September 16, 2015, to shareholders of record on August 26, 2015.

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., July 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Equinix, Inc. (Nasdaq: EQIX), a global interconnection and data center company, today reported quarterly results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.  The Company uses certain non-GAAP financial measures, which are described further below and reconciled to the most comparable GAAP financial measures after the presentation of our GAAP financial statements.
