CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Extended Stay America, Inc.s (NYSE: STAY) subsidiary, ESH Hospitality, Inc., today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash distribution of $0.15 per share for the second quarter of 2015, payable to ESH Hospitality, Inc.s Class A and Class B common shareholders.
