Curtiss-Wright Reports Second Quarter 2015 Financial Results
July 29, 2015 4:52 PM EDTCHARLOTTE, N.C., July 29, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE: CW) reported financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2015.
Second Quarter 2015 Highlights
The Company reaffirms expectations for operating margin of 13.3% to 13.4%, diluted EPS of $3.80 to $3.90 and adjusted free cash flow of $245 million to $265 million; Net sales decreased 4% to $545 million, from $569 million in 2014; Organic sales down 2%; Operating income decreased 9% to $65 million, from $72 million in 2014, due primarily to higher AP1000 testing costs, as expected; Operating margin for the second quarter decreased 70 basis points to 12.0%, from...
