Forrester Research Reports 2015 Second-Quarter Financial Results; Increases Share Repurchase Authorization By $25 Million
July 29, 2015 4:00 PM EDTCAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Forrester Research, Inc. (Nasdaq: FORR) today announced its 2015 second-quarter financial results. The company also announced that its board of directors authorized a $25 million increase in the companys stock repurchase program, bringing the total available repurchase authorization to approximately $45.0 million.
Second-Quarter Financial Performance
Total revenues were $82.8 million for the second quarter of 2015, compared with $82.9 million for the second quarter of 2014. Research revenues increased 1%, and advisory services and events revenues decreased 1%, compared with the second quarter of 2014.
