Cullen/Frost Bankers (CFR) Declares $0.53 Quarterly Dividend; 2.9% Yield
July 31, 2015 9:13 AM EDTCullen/Frost Bankers (NYSE: CFR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.53 per share, or $2.12 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on September 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 31, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 27, 2015.

Cullen/Frost Bankers (CFR) Chairman and CEO Evans to Retire
July 29, 2015 9:01 AM EDTCullen/Frost Bankers (NYSE: CFR) announced that Cullen/Frost Chairman and CEO Dick Evans will retire effective March 31, 2016. At that time, Cullen/Frost President Phillip D. Green will become chairman and CEO and will replace Evans on the Cullen/Frost board of directors.
