REHOVOT, Israel, July 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â Nova Measuring Instruments (NASDAQ: NVMI), a leading innovator and a key provider of metrology solutions for advanced process control used in semiconductor manufacturing, today reported record 2015 second quarter results. The company closed the acquisition of ReVera on April 2, 2015. Accordingly, the company's second quarter results include the contribution of ReVera, with no similar contribution in previous periods.
