NantKwest (NK) Gains for Second Session Following Strong IPO
July 29, 2015 11:28 AM EDTNantKwest (Nasdaq: NK) is trading higher for the second session following Tuesday's robust IPO.
Shares of NantKwest are up well over 4 percent. Action comes as NantKwest priced its 8.28 million common stock IPO at $25 per share and opened at $37 yesterday. Shares ended up 38.6 percent higher.

July 28, 2015 10:38 AM EDTToday's IPO for NantKwest (NASDAQ: NK) opened for trading at $37 after pricing 8,288,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $25 per share, above the expected $20-$23 range. The offering size was raised from 7,000,000 shares.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Jefferies LLC and Piper Jaffray are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering, and MLV & Co. LLC is acting as co-manager.
