Gorman-Rupp (GRC) Declares $0.10 Quarterly Dividend; 1.5% Yield
July 24, 2015 8:50 AM EDTGorman-Rupp (NYSE: GRC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share, or $0.4 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on September 10, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 14, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 12, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.

Gorman-Rupp (GRC) Misses Q2 EPS by 8c
July 24, 2015 8:50 AM EDTGorman-Rupp (NYSE: GRC) reported Q2 EPS of $0.30, $0.08 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.38. Revenue for the quarter came in at $103.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $111.4 million.
