July 22, 2015 5:15 PM EDTCONWAY, Ark., July 22, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Home BancShares, Inc.'s (NASDAQ: HOMB), parent company of Centennial Bank, Board of Directors declared a regular $0.15 per share quarterly cash dividend payable September 2, 2015, to shareholders of record August 12, 2015. This cash dividend represents a $0.05 per share, or 50.0%, increase over the $0.10 per share cash dividend paid during the third quarter of 2014 and a 20.0% increase over the regular cash dividend paid out during the first and second quarters of 2015,...
