July 21, 2015 4:01 PM EDTUTICA, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- CONMED Corporation (Nasdaq: CNMD) today announced financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2015.
Second Quarter 2015 Highlights
Sales were $181.0 million, a decrease of 3.8%, compared to the second quarter of 2014. On a constant currency basis, sales decreased 0.4% over the prior-year period. Diluted earnings per share (GAAP) were $0.27, compared to $0.37 in the second quarter of 2014. Adjusted diluted earnings per share were $0.36 versus $0.47 in the prior-year period.
