July 21, 2015 7:12 AM EDTSuncoke Energy Partners (NYSE: SXCP) reported Q2 EPS of $0.40, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $207.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $216.9 million.

This transaction is expected to close by September 1, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
