Citizens Financial Group, Inc. Reports Second Quarter Net Income of $190 Million; Diluted EPS of $0.35

PROVIDENCE, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE: CFG or Citizens") today reports second quarter net income of $190 million, or $0.35 per diluted common share, compared with second quarter 2014 net income of $313 million, or $0.56 per diluted common share. The second quarter of 2014 included the benefit of a $180 million after-tax gain related to the Chicago Divestiture.... More
