July 20, 2015 4:00 PM EDTWALLA WALLA, Wash., July 20, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Banner Corporation (NASDAQ GSM: BANR), the parent company of Banner Bank and Islanders Bank, today reported net income in the second quarter of 2015 of $13.2 million, or $0.64 per diluted share, compared to $12.1 million, or $0.61 per diluted share, in the preceding quarter and $17.0 million, or $0.88 per diluted share, in the second quarter a year ago.
