July 14, 2015 9:03 AM EDTGameStop (NYSE: GME) announced the expiration of its tender offer (the Offer) to purchase all outstanding shares of Geeknet, Inc. (NASDAQ: GKNT) for $20.00 per share in cash (the Offer Price). The Offer expired at 11:59 p.m. ET on July 13, 2015.
