Eaton Vance (EV) Declares $0.25 Quarterly Dividend; 2.6% Yield

Eaton Vance (NYSE: EV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, or $1 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 12, 2015, to stockholders of record on July 31, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of July 29, 2015.
