Mondelez Int'l (MDLZ), D.E Master Blenders 1753 Complete Coffee Combination Transactions
July 2, 2015 7:21 AM EDTMondelez Int'l (NASDAQ: MDLZ) and D.E Master Blenders 1753 B.V. announced that they have completed the transactions to combine their respective coffee businesses, including Mondelz International's coffee portfolio in France, to create JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS (JDE), which will be the world's leading pure-play coffee company with annual revenues of more than 5 billion.
