(NYSE MKT: UFAB), which engineers and manufactures multi-material foam, rubber, and plastic components for the automotive and industrial appliance market, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 2,350,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $9.50 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions.
