Alarm.com Holdings, Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
June 25, 2015 7:23 PM EDTVIENNA, Va., June 25, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Alarm.com Holdings, Inc., the leading platform solution for the connected home, announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,000,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $14.00 per share. All of the shares are being offered by Alarm.com. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on June 26, 2015 under the symbol "ALRM."
In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 525,000 shares from Alarm.com and up to 525,000 shares of common stock from selling... More
