Gener8 Maritime, Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
June 25, 2015 6:00 AM EDTNEW YORK, June 25, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Gener8 Maritime, Inc. ("Gener8 Maritime"), a leading U.S.-based provider of international seaborne crude oil transportation services, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 15,000,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $14.00 per share, on Wednesday, June 24, 2015.  The underwriters have also been granted an option to purchase up to 2,250,000 additional shares from Gener8 Maritime at the public offering price less underwriting discount and commissions. The Company's stock is expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "GNRT" on June 25, 2015. ... More
