June 18, 2015 7:00 AM EDTBATON ROUGE, La., June 18, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Investar Holding Corporation ("Investar") (Nasdaq: ISTR), the holding company of Investar Bank, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0078 per share to holders of Investar Holding Corporation common stock. The dividend is payable on July 31, 2015 to shareholders of record as of July 3, 2015.
