The First Bancorp Increases Quarterly Dividend to 22 Cents per Share
June 17, 2015 4:15 PM EDTDAMARISCOTTA, Maine--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of The First Bancorp (NASDAQ: FNLC) today declared a quarterly dividend of 22 cents per share. This second-quarter dividend is payable July 31, 2015, to shareholders of record as of July 6, 2015, and is up one cent from the 21 cents per share the Company paid in each of the past four quarters. Based on the June 16, 2015 closing price of $18.12 per share, the annualized dividend of 88 cents per share translates into a yield of 4.86%.
