June 8, 2015 4:01 PM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of CYS Investments, Inc. (NYSE: CYS) (the Company) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share of common stock for the second quarter of 2015. The common stock dividend will be paid on July 15, 2015 to stockholders of record of common stock on June 22, 2015.
