Tri-Continental Corporation Declares Second Quarter Distribution
June 5, 2015 10:51 AM EDTBOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Tri-Continental Corporation (the Corporation) (NYSE: TY) today declared a second quarter distribution of $0.2010 per share of Common Stock and $0.6250 per share of Preferred Stock. Dividends on Common Stock will be paid on June 23, 2015 to Common Stockholders of record on June 15, 2015 and dividends on Preferred Stock will be paid on July 1, 2015 to Preferred Stockholders of record on June 15, 2015. The ex-dividend date for both the Common Stock and the Preferred Stock is June 11, 2015. The $0.2010 per share dividend on the Common Stock is in accordance with the Corporations earned distribution policy.
