Hurco Reports Second Quarter Results and Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
June 5, 2015 8:00 AM EDTINDIANAPOLIS, June 5, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hurco Companies, Inc. (Nasdaq: HURC) today reported results for the second fiscal quarter and the first six months ended April 30, 2015. Hurco recorded net income of $3,961,000, or $0.60 per diluted share, for the second quarter of fiscal 2015 compared to net income of $3,536,000, or $0.54 per diluted share, for the corresponding period in fiscal 2014. For the first six months of fiscal 2015, Hurco reported net income of $7,727,000, or $1.17 per diluted share, compared to $5,905,000, or $0.90 per diluted share, for the corresponding period in fiscal 2014.
