Echo Global Logistics (ECHO) Announces Completion of Command Transportation Acquisiton
June 1, 2015 5:26 PM EDTEcho Global Logistics (NASDAQ: ECHO) announced it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Command Transportation, LLC ("Command"). Command now operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Echo.
