Gannett (GCI) Completes Texas-New Mexico Newspapers Partnership Asset Acquisition
June 1, 2015 12:33 PM EDTGannett (NYSE: GCI) announced that it has completed the acquisition of the remaining 59.36% interest in the Texas-New Mexico Newspapers Partnership that it did not own from Digital First Media.
