OmniVision Reports Financial Results For the Fourth Quarter of Fiscal 2015
May 28, 2015 4:18 PM EDTSANTA CLARA, Calif., May 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- OmniVision Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: OVTI), a leading developer of advanced digital imaging solutions, today reported financial results for fiscal 2015 and the fourth quarter that ended on April 30, 2015.
Revenues for the fiscal year ended April 30, 2015 were $1.4 billion, as compared to $1.5 billion in fiscal 2014. GAAP net income for fiscal 2015 was $93.4 million, or $1.57 per diluted share, as compared to GAAP net income for fiscal 2014 of $95.0 million, or $1.70 per diluted share.
