Triangle Capital Corporation Announces Cash Dividends Totaling $0.59 Per Share
May 27, 2015 4:02 PM EDTRALEIGH, N.C., May 27, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Triangle Capital Corporation (NYSE: TCAP) (Triangle or the Company), a leading provider of capital to lower middle market companies, today announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.54 per share. In addition to this regular quarterly dividend, Triangle will pay a supplemental dividend of $0.05 per share, bringing the total amount of dividends paid for the second quarter of 2015 to $0.59 per share, or $2.36 per share on an annualized basis.
