Brean Capital Raises Price Target on Tech Data (TECD) Following 1Q Results

May 28, 2015 6:34 AM EDTTech Data (NASDAQ: TECD) reported Q1 EPS of $0.80, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $0.71. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.89 billion versus the consensus estimate of $5.63 billion.

May 27, 2015 4:00 PM EDTTech Data (NASDAQ: TECD) announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire certain assets of Signature Technology Group, Inc. ("STG"), a leading provider of data center and professional services throughout North America. STG's services will be offered through Tech Data's Advanced Infrastructure Solutions (AIS) division, the company's data center business in the Americas. The transaction is expected to close in early June 2015.
