TiVo (NASDAQ: TIVO) reported Q1 EPS of $0.08, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $92.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $91.35 million.

Total TiVo subscriptions now approximately 5.8 million, up 27% year-over-year.
