May 21, 2015 7:18 AM EDTNEW YORK, May 21, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated (the "Company") today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,250,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $19.00 per share.
