Sarepta Therapeutics (NASDAQ: SRPT) 37.4% HIGHER; announced that the Company held a pre-New Drug Application (NDA) meeting with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regarding its lead product candidate, eteplirsen, for the treatment of Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). Sarepta has agreed with the Agency to initiate a rolling NDA submission and will submit the non-clinical and CMC components of the NDA by the end of this week. Computer Sciences (CSC) Declares $0.23 Quarterly Dividend; 1.4% Yield

Computer Sciences (NYSE: CSC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.23 per share, or $0.92 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on July 9, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 12, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 10, 2015.

Computer Sciences (CSC) Plans Split into Two, Publicly-Traded Companies

Computer Sciences (NYSE: CSC) announced that its Board of Directors has unanimously approved a plan to separate the company into two publicly traded, pure-play leaders: one to serve commercial and government clients globally and one to serve public sector clients in the U.S.

Concurrent with the separation, CSC intends to pay a special cash dividend to shareholders of $10.50 per share at closing, which is expected by October 2015.
