American Software’s Board Approves the Quarterly Cash Dividend
May 13, 2015 3:15 PM EDTATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMSWA) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $.10 per share payable to the Class A and Class B Common Shareholders of record at the close of business on August 7, 2015. The dividend will be paid on or about August 21, 2015.
