May 11, 2015 7:16 PM EDTDALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- NexPoint Residential Trust, Inc. (NYSE: NXRT) ("NXRT") announced today that NXRTs board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.206 per share of NXRT common stock, payable on June 30, 2015 to stockholders of record on June 15, 2015.
