HC2 Holdings Reports First Quarter 2015 Results

("HC2" or the "Company") (NYSE MKT: HCHC), a diversified holding company that focuses on acquiring, investing in and operating businesses with attractive assets that it considers to be under- or fairly valued and growing its acquired businesses, today announced its consolidated results for the first quarter of fiscal 2015 ended on March 31, 2015.
