AXIS Capital Declares Quarterly Dividends on Common and Preferred Shares
May 8, 2015 4:05 PM EDTPEMBROKE, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AXIS Capital Holdings Limited ("AXIS Capital") (NYSE: AXS) today announced that the Companys Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per common share. The common dividend will be payable on July 15, 2015 to the shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2015.
