AXIS Capital Declares Quarterly Dividends on Common and Preferred Shares

PEMBROKE, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AXIS Capital Holdings Limited ("AXIS Capital") (NYSE: AXS) today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.29 per common share. The common dividend will be payable on July 15, 2015 to the shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2015.

In addition, the Board declared a dividend of $1.875 per Series B 7.50% Preferred Share, a dividend of $0.429688 per Series C 6.875% Preferred Share and a dividend of $0.34375 per Series D 5.50% Preferred Share. The Series B Preferred Share dividend is payable on September 1, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 14, 2015. The Series C Preferred Share dividend is payable on July 15, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2015. The Series D Preferred Share dividend is payable on September 1, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 14, 2015.
