May 8, 2015 10:01 AM EDTCooper Tire (NYSE: CTB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.105 per share, or $0.42 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on June 29, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 1, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of May 28, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.2 percent.
