Trex (TREX) Tops Q1 EPS by 4c; Appoints New CEO
May 8, 2015 7:33 AM EDTTrex (NYSE: TREX) reported Q1 EPS of $0.55, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.51. Revenue for the quarter came in at $121 million versus the consensus estimate of $119.8 million.
Trex also announced changes in its executive leadership team, including the appointment of James E. Cline, currently senior vice president and chief financial officer of Trex, as president and chief executive officer effective August 17, 2015 upon the retirement of Ronald W. Kaplan. Mr. Cline will also join the Trex board of directors. Trex Company is pleased to announce that Mr. Kaplan will continue as chairman.
