Rocket Fuel (FUEL) Affirms $350M Takeover Offer from Gravity4

Rocket Fuel (NASDAQ: FUEL) confirmed that it has received an unsolicited, conditional proposal from Gravity4 to acquire Rocket Fuel for $350 million in cash.
