Rocket Fuel (FUEL) Affirms $350M Takeover Offer from Gravity4
May 8, 2015 9:01 AM EDTRocket Fuel (NASDAQ: FUEL) confirmed that it has received an unsolicited, conditional proposal from Gravity4 to acquire Rocket Fuel for $350 million in cash.
Consistent with its fiduciary duties, the Rocket Fuel Board of Directors will evaluate the proposal with the assistance of its financial and legal advisors.... More
