Brookdale Announces First Quarter 2015 Results
May 7, 2015 4:09 PM EDTNASHVILLE, Tenn., May 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â Brookdale Senior Living Inc. (NYSE: BKD) ("Brookdale" or the "Company") today reported financial and operating results for the first quarter of 2015. Highlights included:
Cash From Facility Operations ("CFFO") of $0.63 per share for the first quarter of 2015, up from $0.53 per share in the fourth quarter of 2014, excluding integration, transaction-related and electronic medical records ("EMR") roll-out costs in both periods. Adjusted EBITDA of $230.7 million in the first quarter of 2015, an 8.4% increase from the last quarter of 2014, excluding integration, transaction-related and EMR roll-out costs in both periods. ...
