Service revenue for Q1 2015, on a constant currency basis, increased at an accelerated rate sequentially by 2.9% from Q4 2014 to Q1 2015 and increased by 9.3% from Q1 2014 Cogent approves a 3.1% increase of its regular quarterly dividend to $0.33 per common share to be paid on June 12, 2015 to shareholders of record on May 22, 2015 Under Cogent's return of capital program, Cogent purchased 232,000 shares of its common stock for $8.1 million during Q1 2015 Cogent will pay an additional $3.9 million, or $0.09 per...
