Abraxas Announces First Quarter 2015 Results

SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Abraxas Petroleum Corporation (NASDAQ: AXAS) today reported financial and operating results for the three months ended March 31, 2015.

On October 31, 2014 we closed on the sale of our interest in Canadian Abraxas Petroleum, ULC (Canadian Abraxas), a wholly-owned Canadian subsidiary of Abraxas Petroleum Corporation.
