Crestwood Equity Partners (CEQP), Crestwood Midstream (CMLP) Enter Merger Agreement
May 6, 2015 7:19 AM EDTCrestwood Equity Partners (NYSE: CEQP) and Crestwood Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: CMLP) announced the signing of a definitive agreement to merge the two partnerships and simplify Crestwoods corporate structure into a single publicly-traded partnership with a consolidated enterprise value of approximately $7.5 billion.
