Cognex Reinstates Quarterly Cash Dividend
May 4, 2015 4:06 PM EDTNATICK, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cognex Corporation (NASDAQ: CGNX) announced today that the companys Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share. This dividend is payable on June 19, 2015 to all shareholders of record at the close of business on June 5, 2015.
This is the first cash dividend declared by Cognex since the very special dividend in the fourth quarter of 2012 when we rewarded shareholders by prepaying eight quarters worth of dividends in advance of changes in federal tax laws that increased the tax on dividends, said Dr.... More
Cognex Reports Record First Quarter Revenue, Net Income and EPS
May 4, 2015 4:06 PM EDTNATICK, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cognex Corporation (NASDAQ: CGNX) today announced its results for the first quarter of 2015. In Table 1 below, selected financial data for the quarter ended April 5, 2015 is compared to the first and fourth quarters of 2014.
