Boardwalk Announces First Quarter 2015 Results And Quarterly Distribution Of $0.10 Per Unit
May 4, 2015 6:00 AM EDTHOUSTON, May 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP, (NYSE: BWP) announced today that it has declared a quarterly cash distribution per common unit of $0.10 ($0.40 annualized) payable on May 21, 2015, to unitholders of record as of May 14, 2015.
The Partnership also announced its results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015, which included the following items:
Operating revenues of $329.7 million, an 8% decrease from $356.9 million in the comparable 2014 period; Net income attributable to controlling interests of $77.7 million, a 29% decrease from $110.2 million in the comparable 2014 period; Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization... May 4, 2015 6:00 AM EDTNEW YORK, May 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â Loews Corporation (NYSE: L) today reported net income for the three months ended March 31, 2015 of $109 million, or $0.29 per share, compared to $59 million, or $0.15 per share, in the prior year period. Net income in 2014 included a loss from discontinued operations of $206 million reflecting the disposition of both HighMount Exploration & Production, LLC and CNA Financial Corporation's annuity and pension deposit business.
