Pharmacyclics Reports First Quarter 2015 Financial Results and Provides Business Updates

(the "Company") (NASDAQ: PCYC) today reported financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2015, as well as general business updates. Due to the pending merger with AbbVie Inc., no conference call will be held.
