Heartland Payment Systems Reports $0.62 Adjusted Earnings Per Share, a First Quarter Record
May 1, 2015 7:30 AM EDTPRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Heartland Payment Systems, Inc. (NYSE: HPY), one of the nation's largest payment processors, today announced record first quarter Adjusted Net Income and Adjusted Earnings per Share of $23.1 million and $0.62, respectively, for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. Adjusted Net Income and Adjusted Earnings per Share were $19.4 million and $0.52, respectively, for the quarter ended March 31, 2014. For the first quarter of 2015, Heartland reported GAAP Net Income of $17.2 million, or $0.46 per share.
