CBOE Holdings, Inc. Reports Results For First-Quarter 2015
May 1, 2015 7:30 AM EDTCHICAGO, May 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- CBOE Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBOE) today reported net income allocated to common stockholders of $42.1 million, or $0.50 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2015, compared with $48.5 million, or $0.56 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2014. On an adjusted basis, net income allocated to common stockholders was $42.3 million, or $0.50 per diluted share, compared with $50 million, or $0.58 per diluted share, in the same period last year. Operating revenue for the quarter was $142.8 million, down 10 percent compared with $157.9 million in the first quarter of 2014....
